Common Issues & Troubleshooting

I scheduled a report, but the recipient didn't receive it—why?
Double-check the scheduled time, frequency, and email addresses. Also ensure to check all email inboxes including spam/junk folders.

Can I edit a scheduled report?
Currently, it is not possible to edit a scheduled report directly. If you need to make changes, you will need to delete the existing scheduled report and create a new one.

How do I stop or delete a scheduled report?
Navigate to Analytics > Schedules. Locate the schedule you wish to delete, then check the box next to it. A delete button will appear for you to proceed with the removal.
